We do not have influence over the delivery of your goods as this is controlled by the merchant. All questions regarding your order shipment, including any changes you might want to make (such as updating delivery address), will need to be sent directly to the merchant.
If you are unable to get in touch with the merchant, please contact us at shoppersupport@spotii.me and we will do our best to help you. Remember though, we only handle your payments and have no influence over the order delivery. Unless you think there is a mistake or breach of your account, payments will continue despite the order not being delivered.
